The Cellotones cello and guitar duo perform at weddings and events in Devon and across the South West.
OUR FEES:
We usually perform as guests are seated prior to the ceremony (approx 15-20 mins), during the ceremony (including the brides entrance and signing of the register), and after the ceremony during a drinks reception up to 1 hour and 15 mins. Cost = £400 (+ travel expenses depending on where the wedding is outside of the local area – we will estimate and agree this at the time of booking)
Additional fees:
To make the music more personal for your your special day we can perform a song of your choice (depending on suitability for cello and guitar). Due to the time it takes to learn, score and rehearse each song we charge £80 per song.
For each 15 minute additional performance time = £60
We saw the CelloTones at a wedding fayre at Haldon Belvedere Castle and thought they would be perfect for our wedding. We were right! The two instruments complimented each other perfectly, and were just ideal for the venue and creating the ambience we wanted. It was classy, and atmospheric, without distracting or interrupting the mood and occasion. We loved having the CelloTones for our special day and would recommend without hesitation. ‘We met the cellotones at a wedding fayre and were immediately struck by how friendly they were, it felt like they were the only people not trying to sell us something! We had never thought about what we might do at the ceremony but after reading the list of songs they could perform and discovering how great value they were it was a no brainer. I ended up being quite late on the day but was very relieved to know our guests were being entertained, we had a drinks reception after the ceremony which they continued to play for, it set the tone for the whole day & everyone was relaxed and happy. We would not hesitate to recommend the Cello Tones to anyone. We booked them for our wedding and they were fantastic from start to finish, including meeting us and email chats before hand. On the day, they arrived promptly, then played as the guests arrived. Even when the ceremony was delayed by 30 minutes, the duo played and it made something that could’ve been quite awkward, into something enjoyable. They were professionals through and through and moved into different rooms without any of the guests noticing. They are incredibly talented and and at comfortably less than half the price of a string quartet it is a no-brainer to go with these guys. Faultless. Thanks for making our day amazing.
